Now is the time for the annual general meeting and it will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at 6:45-7:30 PM at Baggesensgade 7, 2200 Copenhagen N.

The General Assembly follows this agenda:

1. Election of chairperson and rapporteur

2. The Chairman's report is presented and approved

3. Accounts and budget are presented and approved

4. Proposals received

5. Election of the board of directors, auditor and determination of membership fees

6. Optional

Any proposals for the general meeting should be sent to the chairman of the board, Thomas Frovin, by email: thomas.frovin@gmail.com no later than one week before the general meeting.

Minutes of the general meeting are subsequently sent to the members.

ATTENTION!

Before we hold the general meeting, we invite you to a conversation about Denmark as a pioneer country in the fight against trafficking in women - where are we and what needs to be done?

The speakers and topics are:

  • Trine Ingemansen, Director of the Center against Human Trafficking: “Human trafficking in Denmark and in the world today”
  • Jan Rasmussen, Deputy Police Inspector for the South and South Jutland Police: "Police's areas of focus"
  • Karina Lorentzen Dehnhardt, Member of the Danish Parliament: “Trafficking in women on the political agenda”

The conversation is on June 9th from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at Baggesensgade 7, 2200 Copenhagen N – the same date and place as the general meeting.

You can choose to participate in both the general meeting and the conversation, or in one of the two events. Everyone is welcome!

We look forward to being with you!

Best regards on behalf of the board of directors:

Thomas Frovin, Pernille Tind Simmons, Henrik Gunnertoft Bojsen, David Zepernick, Jens Vesterager, Mayada Magdi Mohamedani
