It is with a heavy heart that we must announce that Anne Abok has passed away. She died of cancer at the age of 49.

EXIST's general manager, Karin Kjærgaard, says about Anne:

Anne was one of the most unique people I have ever met. She dared to be passionate and purposeful, committed and proactive, while also having the energy to turn hopeless situations into hopeful realities.

Anne was able to see the big picture in the small, routine everyday things, and therefore she left a clear mark in the efforts against human trafficking!

Anne, thank you for your work and your influence on those of us who met you.
