Our work in Denmark

EXIST works to prevent and combat human trafficking in Denmark through presence, information and strong partnerships.

Why support EXIST?

Benjamen Abana is a full-time artist and winner of Portrait Painter of the Year 2019. Hear why he has chosen to support EXIST.

A work for human dignity

Human trafficking is one of the world’s fastest growing crimes and a serious violation of basic human rights.
EXIST works actively to combat this injustice and ensure that every person is met with dignity, respect and hope.
Our work is based on the belief that all people are unique and have infinite value — regardless of background, status or life situation.

Information and prevention

EXIST actively works to raise awareness about human trafficking in Denmark. Through lectures, events and collaboration with
schools, churches and organizations, we reach a broad segment of the population.
We are experiencing increasing engagement from both volunteers and students, who contribute knowledge and research that helps
strengthen efforts against human trafficking.
