Conditions for making a fixed payment for EXIST membership via payment card or MobilePay.

Prices

A membership of EXIST costs 200 DKK per year. To be a member, you must be a Danish citizen and at least 18 years old. Apart from the membership fee, there are no costs associated with becoming a member.

Fixed payment of membership fee via payment card or MobilePay.
When a member pays their membership fee through a fixed payment agreement, EXIST is allowed to deduct the amount the following month and then annually on March 1.

Receipt
The member receives a receipt when creating a fixed payment agreement.

Registration of information
EXIST registers information entered in connection with the payment. The information is not disclosed, but EXIST stores the information for five years in accordance with the accounting. EXIST uses log files on the donation page. The log files are used to register which choices the user makes on the page. When paying by credit card or MobilePay, registration takes place via a secure server at ePay, where the information is encrypted.

Renewal
When entering into a fixed payment agreement, EXIST is permitted to contact the member by email and telephone with a view to renewing the subscription when the payment card expires or is blocked.
When changing/renewing a card, the current charges are stopped, so please be sure to renew the card identification with the new card's data.

Termination of payment agreement
If the member wishes to terminate their fixed payment agreement, this can be done by contacting EXIST by email or telephone. As long as the termination request is made within 7 days before the payment date, the fixed payment agreement will terminate before the next payment.

Termination of MobilePay payment agreement

To end your donation, you must log in to your private MobilePay app and terminate the agreement from there.

Right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal on your subscription payment via a fixed payment agreement with a payment card or MobilePay.
