Phase 1 — Basic Training
Practical skills
- 5 weeks of full-time training in sewing, catering or hairdressing techniques
- Teaching local teachers at safehouses
- Weekly modules on human rights, self-esteem and leadership
- Certificate recognizing newly acquired skills

Phase 2 — Advanced Training
Leadership & entrepreneurship
- 7 weeks of advanced training in the three skills from phase 1
- Two-week intensive leadership and advocacy workshop
- Modules on public speaking, financial literacy and entrepreneurship
- State-recognized examination certificate
