The program

Two phases — one transformation

A structured 12-week program that prepares women to earn a living with dignity.

Phase 1 — Basic Training

Practical skills

  • 5 weeks of full-time training in sewing, catering or hairdressing techniques
  • Teaching local teachers at safehouses
  • Weekly modules on human rights, self-esteem and leadership
  • Certificate recognizing newly acquired skills

Phase 2 — Advanced Training

Leadership & entrepreneurship

  • 7 weeks of advanced training in the three skills from phase 1
  • Two-week intensive leadership and advocacy workshop

  • Modules on public speaking, financial literacy and entrepreneurship

  • State-recognized examination certificate
